4. How to use?
1. KY-907 pouring sealant can be divided into A, B two components or A, B and C three components, mixing A components before using, then according to A: B = 100:10 or A: B: C = 100:10:1 by weight or volume, mixing and stirring them in containers (stainless steel barrel or plastic) before potting.
2. perfusing mixed A, B components after bubbles automatically vanishing; for fast-curing and high- viscosity encapsulation, should perfusion after pumping take off the bubbles by vacuum in the mixed A, B glue; For the components with tiny aperture, can perfusion firstly, then put components in vacuum device to taking off bubbles.
3. the surface hardness and curing time of this model potting rubber can be adjusted according to user’s requirement.
